We really do value your input! You are the only people who can tell us how well we are doing--or more importantly, what we can do better to earn your support. After all, we may be educators but that does not mean that we are the absolute experts on anything.
When you do contact us, we would appreciate your including your e-mail address and a contact telephone number. We will respond to almost every question and, if it is a question that warrants it we would like to be able to call you.
We do our best to avoid problems, but we are human. If you find our service less than satisfactory, please tell us first. The most important assets we have are our reputations and the quality of our products.
